53,428 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 7 November 2011 AT 8.30 EET In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 53,428 A-shares have been converted into 53,428 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 7 November 2011. The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the conversion, consists of 45,194,218 A-shares and 96,063,610 B-shares.
