98,020 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares
In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 98,020 A-shares have been converted into 98,020 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 28 January 2008. After the conversion there are 52,460,668 A-shares and 88,797,160 B-shares in the company.
