335,315 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation, 335,315 A-shares have been converted into 335,315 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 21 June 2007. After the conversion there are 53,488,035 A-shares and 87,769,793 B-shares in the company.
