173,500 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 5 May 2011 AT 8.20 AM EEST In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 173,500 A-shares have been converted into 173,500 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 5 May 2011. The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the conversion, consists of 46,912,791 A-shares and 94,345,037 B-shares.
