Amendment to the Annual Report 2006 of Orion Corporation concerning holdings of Board members

The table on page 96 of the English version of the Financial Statements 2006 of the Orion Group shows incorrect figures. The correct number of Orion Corporation A-shares held on 31 December 2006 by Eero Karvonen, a member of the Board of Directors is 546,200. Accordingly, the total number of A-shares held by the members of the Board of Directors was 657,296. The total number of B-shares held by the Board members was 109,203. Due to the error, also the information given on page 86 concerning the combined amounts of holdings of the members of the Board and the Executive Management Board. The correct figures are as follows: At the end of 2006, the members of the Board of Directors, the President as well as the members of the Executive Management Board owned altogether 813,371 shares in Orion Corporation, representing 0.6% of the total share stock and 13,325,327 votes, or 1.1% of the total votes. Their holdings include also those held by the under-aged children and organisations or foundations of which the person has control.
