In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation, 398,000 A-shares have been converted into 398,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 31 August 2007. After the conversion there are 52,990,035 A-shares and 88,267,793 B-shares in the company.
