171,347 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares
In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation, 171,347 A-shares have been converted into 171,347 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 7 November 2007. After the conversion there are 52,818,688 A-shares and 88,439,140 B-shares in the company.
