MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Completion of Prospectus and Updated Top 20 Shareholders and Spread

We confirm that the Company's Prospected dated 11 June 2004 closed on 28 June 2004 with applications received in respect of 221,470 shares, raising gross proceeds of \$199,323.

We confirm that 221,470 fully paid ordinary shares were allotted to applicants on 29 June 2004 and updated Issuer Sponsored Holding Statements and notices to CHESS Sponsored holders were despatched to applicant shareholders on 1 July 2004.

The Company now seeks quotation of the 221,470 fully paid ordinary shares issued pursuant to an Appendix 3B (New issue announcement, application for quotation of additional securities and agreement) lodged with ASX on 17 June 2004 (seeking quotation of up to the maximum of 4,094,035 shares offered under the Prospectus).

The Company is presently awaiting final confirmation from ASX in relation to its reinstatement to ASX.
