Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Oriole Resources, the AIM-quoted exploration company focussed on West Africa, announces that copies of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, which includes the Notice for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, together with a Form of Proxy, have been posted to its shareholders. The Annual Report is available on the Company's website at www.orioleresources.com.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 am on 8 June 2023 at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, located at 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2A 1AG. The Company encourages all shareholders to vote using the Form of Proxy in advance of the meeting date.

The Directors believe that the passing of the Resolutions is in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders and therefore, the Directors unanimously recommend that the shareholders vote in favour of the Resolutions, as they intend to do in respect of their own shareholdings.

In order to assist with voting, the Directors will provide a live presentation and Q&A session at 11.00 am on 25 May 2023. The meeting will be hosted on the Investor Meet Company platform and will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. Investors who already follow the Company on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.
