Oriola-KD Corporation's 110,000 A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 110,000 A-
shares have been converted into 110,000 B-shares. The conversion has been
entered into the Trade Register on 3 December 2015. After the conversion there
are 55,484,648 A-shares and 126,001,565 B-shares in the company. The total
number of shares is 181,486,213 and the total number of votes is 1,235,694,525.
