Oriola-KD Corporation's 14,450 A-shares converted into B-shares

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 15 November 2011 at 12.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 14,450 A-
shares have been converted into 14,450 B-shares. The conversion has been entered
into the Trade Register on 15 November 2011. After the conversion there are
47,148,710 A-shares and 104,109,118 B-shares in the company. The total number of
shares is 151,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,047,083,318.
