Oriola-KD Corporation's 450,000 A-shares converted into B-shares

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 10 May 2010 at 10.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 450,000
A-shares have been converted into 450,000 B-shares. The conversion has been
entered into the Trade Register on 10 May 2010. After the conversion there are
47,217,359 A-shares and 104,040,469 B-shares in the company. The total number of
shares is 151,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,048,387,649.
