Oriola Corporation Stock Exchange Release 18 May 2020 at 9 a.m. Notification on change in ownership according to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act Oriola Corporation has on 15 May 2020 received from Heikki Herlin a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the control of Mariatorp Oy has been transferred to Heikki Herlin after the distribution of inheritance of Niklas Herlin. Mariatorp Oy (business ID 2690035-7) of Oriola Corporation's share capital is 11.02 per cent and total number of voting rights is 10.92 per cent comprising a total of 20,000,000 shares of which 6,000,000 A shares and 14,000,000 B shares. Oriola's (business ID 1999215-0) share capital comprises 181,486,213 shares, of which 55,127,313 are A shares and 126,358,900 are B shares.
