Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total
percent of shares of Mariatorp Oy has on 13 March 2018 exceeded the threshold of
10 percent of Oriola Corporation's share capital and total number of voting
rights of Mariatorp Oy has exceeded the threshold of 10 percent of voting rights
of Oriola Corporation.
