Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 26 April 2013 at 11.00 a.m.

Oriola-KD Corporation (business code 1999215-0) has received a disclosure under
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total
number of voting rights of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
(Ilmarinen) on 25 April 2013 has exceeded the threshold of one twentieth (1/20)
of the total number of voting rights of Oriola-KD Corporation.
