Changes in Oriola’s Group Management Team

Oriola Corporation’s CFO and member of the Group Management Team, Helena
Kukkonen, has resigned to pursue new challenges outside Oriola. She will leave
Oriola 27 August 2021. The recruitment process to find a new CFO is started.

best in her future challenges," says Juko Hakala, President and CEO of Oriola.

Antti Elevuori, M. Sc. Econ (b. 1979), has been appointed interim CFO of Oriola
Corporation as of 1 August 2021. He has strong experience from financial
management positions in Finnish listed companies such as CFO of Raisio Plc.
Elevuori has confirmed that he is not available for the position of Oriola’s
permanent CFO.
