Changes in Oriola-KD's Group Management Team

Stig Tornell, Vice President of Oriola-KD's Business Area Consumer and member of
the Group Management Team, has resigned to pursue new challenges outside Oriola-
KD. His last working day will be March 31, 2017.

President and CEO Eero Hautaniemi will act as interim leader of the Consumer
Business Area. The search for Stig Tornell's successor will start immediately.

I want to thank Stig for his efforts in developing our consumer business and
wish him all the best for his new challenges.
