Oriola Corporation’s President and CEO to change

Oriola Corporation's Board of Directors has decided to nominate Robert W.
Andersson as the company´s new President and CEO effective latest March 1, 2018.
Eero Hautaniemi will leave his position as the President and CEO of the company
immediately.

The Board of Directors has appointed the deputy to the President and CEO Kimmo
Virtanen as Oriola Corporation’s interim CEO starting from December 18, 2017. In
addition to his role as interim CEO, Virtanen will continue in his current role.
