Changes in Oriola-KD's Group Management Team

Oriola-KD Corporation's Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Thomas Gawell, Vice
President, Pharmaceutical Wholesale Sweden member of Oriola-KD Group's
Management Team as of 6 February 2015. Thomas Gawell was appointed Vice
President of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Wholesale business in Sweden in June
2009 and has previously been a member of the Group Management Team during
2010-2012.
