Changes in Oriola-KD's Group Management Team

Oriola-KD Corporation ("Oriola-KD" or the "Company") has today announced that it
has entered into an agreement to sell its Russian businesses to the Russian
company CJSC "Apteki 36.6".

In relation to selling of Company's Russian businesses Konstantin Minin, Vice
President, Pharmaceutical Retail and Wholesale, Russia will leave his position
as a member of the Oriola-KD group management team December 8(th), 2014.
