Konstantin Minin appointed Vice President of Oriola-KD's pharmaceutical retail and wholesale business

Konstantin Minin, doctor (b.1974), has been appointed Vice President of Oriola-
KD's pharmaceutical retail and wholesale business as of 18December 2013.
Konstantin has previously held the position of Vice President, Pharmaceutical
Retail in Russia and acting General Director of OOO Oriola Russia. He is a
member of Oriola-KD's Management Team. Konstantin joined Oriola-KD already in
2010."The Russian markets have been challenging for us in recent years. During 2013
we have succeeded in turning around the profitability of our Russian
pharmaceutical retail. Konstantin's experience in the Russian pharmaceutical
retail business and knowledge of the markets creates excellent conditions to
implement the needed changes also in our Russian pharmaceutical wholesale
business. Having one leader also creates synergies and improved cost efficiency
