Changes in Oriola-KD's Group Management Team

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 22 December 2011 at 11.00 am

Lars Birkeland M.Sc. (Econ.) (b. 1964) has been appointed Managing Director of
Kronans Droghandel Apotek AB and member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team as
of 9 January 2012. Mr. Birkeland has previously served as Managing Director of
the Norwegian Apotek 1 pharmacy chain, and he has 11 years' experience from the
pharmaceutical retail and wholesale businesses within the Tamro Group. Lars
Birkeland also has over 10 years of retail experience from the USA.

The acting Managing Director of Kronans Droghandel Jonas Levin will assume the
responsibility for marketing, assortment and purchasing operations at Kronans
Droghandel.

Kronans Droghandel Apotek AB is a jointly owned company of Oriola-KD and KF
(Kooperativa Förbundet). Oriola-KD has 80 per cent and KF 20 per cent ownership
of the pharmacy company.
