Origo hf. :Changes in company own shares fulfillment of stock options
Origo has today sold its own shares to fulfill the obligations of stock options agreements. The stock options were granted on May 26, 2021 and May 26, 2022, in accordance with the stock option system approved at the company's general meeting on March 6, 2020 and the company's remuneration policy as approved at the company's general meeting on March 3, 2022.
The total number of exercised options was 569,940 and the exercise price was at 1.0 and at ISK 24.3. per share, cf. announcement from February 8 last.
Origo now owns a total of 1.45% of the company's total share capital, which corresponds to 2,026,295 shares.
