Notice of Results

Origo announces that it will be releasing its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 (the "Interim Results") on Friday 30 September 2016.

The Company currently expects the Interim Results to report only a marginal change in the fair value of the Company's investments, with total assets as at 30 June 2016 broadly in line with that reported as at 31 December 2015. Notwithstanding this, the Company's net asset value to be reported in the Interim Results is expected to reflect a reduction primarily due to the continued accrued rate of return relating to the Company's convertible zero dividend preference shares and operating costs during the period.
