Sale of Shares in Kincora Copper Ltd.

Origo Partners Plc has sold its entire investment in Kincora Copper Ltd. for net proceeds of about CAD 2.02 million or about USD 1.52 million.  Kincora Copper Ltd. trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.  The sale price represents the market price for this investment as at the date the sale was agreed.  Origo Partners Plc expects to use the sale proceeds for general corporate purposes.
