Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 June 2024 it transferred 31,751 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (2015).

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 17,688,874 to 17,657,123 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 107,663,252.
