Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 December 2023 it transferred 50,556 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's UK and ROI Savings Related Share Option Schemes.
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 14,051,634 to 14,001,078 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 111,319,297.
