Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or "the Company") announces that on 3 July 2023 it transferred 537,900 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's UK and ROI Savings Related Share Option Schemes.

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 14,677,216 to 14,139,316. The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 111,181,059.
