Block Listing Application

Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') today announces that it has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for up to 500,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each. These ordinary shares will be issued and allotted from time to time in accordance with the rules of the Company's employee Share Save Scheme.

The ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
