Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from Polar Capital LLP of a purchase on 24 June 2015 of CFDs such that Polar Capital LLP is now to that extent interested in 3,853,500 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company.  3,853,500 ordinary shares represent 3.08% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
