Following the disposal of 140,650 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Mawer Investment Management Limited is now the holder of 16,322,543 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents 12.998% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
