Following the acquisition of 835,803 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 14,076,466 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 11.21% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
