Directors' Shareholdings

Origin Enterprises plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 ('2012 LTIP Plan')

As set out in our announcement on 28 September 2015 Tom O'Mahony and Declan Giblin had a beneficial interest in 181,518 and 82,508 ordinary shares, respectively, as a result of awards made to them over ordinary shares of €0.01 cent in the capital of Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Company') pursuant to the 2012 LTIP Plan.  Ordinary shares in the Company were yesterday transferred to Tom O'Mahony and Declan Giblin in respect of these awards.

Following the above and the transfer of an additional 148,514 shares to other members of management under the 2012 LTIP Plan, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 1,212,871 to 800,331.  The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 125,578,446.

As a result of the above, the interests of the Executive Directors in the Company's issued share capital is now as set out in the below table.
