Board Committee Membership Update

Dublin, London, 22 November 2024: Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group'), the international group championing sustainable land use solutions, announces the following changes to the composition of its Board Committees:

• Dick Hordijk joined the ESG Committee - effective 16 October 2024
• Christopher Richards will step down as a member of the ESG Committee - effective 1 January 2025 and continue as a member of the Remuneration Committee
• Lesley Williams will join the Remuneration Committee and will step down as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee - effective 1 January 2025
• Pam Powell will join the Audit and Risk Committee - effective 1 January 2025 and continue as a member of the ESG Committee
• Jenny Davis-Peccoud will join the Audit and Risk Committee - effective 1 January 2025

Following the changes noted above, the Board Committee membership is as follows:
