Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

7 June 2018

Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Company' or 'the Group'), the Agri-Services Group,  is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Coyle as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO').  Sean will join Origin on 1 September 2018 and will be appointed a Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2018. 

Sean is currently Group Finance Director of UDG Healthcare plc ('UDG'), the leading international healthcare services provider.  Previously Sean served as Managing Director of UDG's Healthcare Supply Chain Division.  Prior to UDG, Sean was Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director at Aer Lingus plc and, before that, held senior management positions at Ryanair Holdings plc.  Sean qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Commenting on the appointment, Rose Hynes, Chairman of Origin said:

As previously announced Origin will issue its third quarter trading update on 19 June 2018.
