Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, were passed. The full text of each resolution is set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, circulated to shareholders on 24 December 2020 and made available on the Company's website www.originenterprises.com.
These resolutions relate to the replacement of CREST with Euroclear Bank for electronic settlement of trading in the ordinary shares of the Company.
Voting on the resolutions was conducted by poll and a full list of the proxy votes received will shortly be available on the Company's website.
