Origin Energy Limited advises that it will be holding a virtual Annual General Meeting for 2020, at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday 20 October.

This year, Origin’s AGM will be held online (virtually) instead of at a physical location due to COVID-19 health considerations. Origin’s online AGM will provide shareholders with similar opportunities to those available when attending an AGM in person. There will be presentations from the Chairman and CEO, voting on resolutions and an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting.

Notice of Meeting

Origin’s Notice of Meeting will be released online and emailed to shareholders in September 2020.

The Company will not be posting a copy of the Notice of Meeting ahead of the AGM. This approach is consistent with the relief provided by the Commonwealth Treasurer in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

If shareholders have currently opted in to receive electronic shareholder communications, or if they opt in to receive electronic communications before 7 September 2020, they will receive an email when the 2020 Annual Report and Notice of Meeting are released. This email will include a personalised shareholder link to submit a proxy vote online and attend the AGM virtually.
