Expiration of Equity Purchase Agreement with Oasis Capital, LLC

Origin Agritech Limited announced that as of May 21, 2023, the $10 million equity purchase agreement with Oasis Capital, LLC, initially entered into on May 21, 2021, expired. The Company does not intend to renew this agreement or enter into any similar structured financing agreement at this time. The Company regularly reviews its capital requirements and will evaluate financing options as its needs develop.
