We hereby wish to inform you that the 49[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 27[th] July, 2021 through video conferencing (“VC”) or Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”). The Notice convening the AGM will be sent to the Stock Exchanges in due course.

In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the cut-off date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes for the businesses to be transacted at the AGM of the Company is fixed as Tuesday, 20[th] July, 2021. The instructions with respect to e-voting will be provided in the Notice of the AGM.

Further in pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday, 20[th] July, 2021 to Tuesday, 27[th] July, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual closing.
