The Company wishes to announce that it has appointed Macalvins Limited as the Company's external auditor with effect from today's date.

Shipleys LLP, the incumbent auditor, has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company. The Boards wish to thank Shipleys  LLP for their many years of services and good commitment to the Company.
