The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Ross Martin Hilton Andrews, as a non-executive

director  of the company, with effect from 31 January 2023.

Mr Andrews has been the non-executive director of the company since 2017 and the Board wish to record their appreciation for his significant contribution to the Company over that time.
