Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. V. Shashidharan has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f closing business hours on 3[rd] November, 2020 and the same has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3[rd] November, 2020.

Subsequent to his resignation, he shall also cease to be Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f close of business hours on 3[rd] November 2020.

The details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated 9[th] September 2015 is given in Annexure-I.
