Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors, on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration cum Compensation Committee, in their meeting held on March 23, 2020, inter alia, approved the reappointment of Mr. Desh Deepak Khetrapal (DIN 02362633) as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of two years effective April 1, 2020 till March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The current term of Mr. Khetrapal was approved by the shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on July 25, 2015 for five years effective April 1, 2015. His existing term of appointment expires on March 31, 2020.

His brief profile is as under:

Mr. Khetrapal holds Honours Degree in Business & Economics and Master’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing & Finance from Delhi University. He has vast work experience in service, industrial, consumer and retail businesses. Mr. Khetrapal’s broad functional and general management skills, his rich experience of around 40 years enables him to drive operational excellence and strategic growth in the organization and deliver effectively across the breadth of responsibilities.

Mr. Khetrapal is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
