Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the voting results / scrutinizer’s report dated July 31, 2020 related to the voting on the resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice convening the 9[th] Annual General Meeting held on 31 July 2020, the special resolution for “Item no. 6: Approval of the re-appointment of Mr. Desh Deepak Khetrapal, Managing Director & CEO (DIN 02362633) for a period of two years with effect from April 1, 2020 upto March 31, 2022 and his terms of remuneration for the financial year 2020-21” was not passed. Accordingly, he ceased to be the Managing Director of the Company effective from 31 July 2020 and the Board of Directors of the Company has taken note of cessation of Mr. Desh Deepak Khetrapal as a Managing Director of the Company in its meeting held on August 1, 2020.
