SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The Step-Up Preference Shares of Orica Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, following the Company’s announcement on 13 October 2011 in relation to the repurchase of the Company’s Step-Up Preference Shares.
