Director and Management Changes

As previously foreshadowed, Mr Peter Kirby, a Non-Executive Director of Orica Limited, retired from the Orica Board effective 9 July 2010. Mr Kirby has accepted the role of Chairman of DuluxGroup Limited.

In addition, Mr Patrick Houlihan will resign from Orica’s senior management team to become the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of DuluxGroup Limited, effective 9 July 2010.
