2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 2012 Annual General Meeting of Orica Limited will now be held on Thursday, 31 January 2013 at 10.30 am.

The announcement of financial results for the year ending 30 September 2012 remains unchanged, on Monday 12 November 2012.

The record date for the 2012 final ordinary dividend will be 26 November 2012 and paid on 14 December 2012. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan price will be calculated over the seven days trading commencing two trading days after the record date, being 28 November to 6 December 2012, inclusive.
