NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN OREXO

Uppsala, Sweden – March 31, 2026 – Orexo AB (publ.), (STO:ORX) (OTCQX:ORXOY), announced today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 37,156,639 shares in Orexo - whereof 35,127,056 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 2,029,583 are class C shares with one tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company is 35,330,014.3.

The change follows the conversion of Class C shares into ordinary shares, as announced on 19 February 2026.
