Release of Securities from Voluntary Escrow
Auroch Minerals Limited ( Auroch or the Company ) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A the following securities, which were voluntary escrowed until 29 August 2020, will be released early from voluntary escrow on 24 August 2020. These shares are currently quoted on the ASX.

The securities, which were subject to voluntary escrow provisions, were issued to the vendor and a party that introduced and supported the Saints Nickel Project and the Leinster Nickel Project.
The early release from voluntary escrow follows mutal agreement between the Company and the holders of the securities.
