Description
The securities of Future Battery Minerals Limited (‘FBM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FBM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 15 September 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

FUTURE BATTERY MINERALS LIMITED - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Future Battery Minerals Limited ( ASX: FBM ) ( Company ) requests that the Company’s securities be placed into a voluntary trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.
The trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the capital raising or prior to commencement of trading on Friday, 15 September 2023.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
